Consent to personal data processing
Effective from: 15.10.2026
By registering on battlr — with an email or on my first Google sign-in — and ticking the consent to personal data processing, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the personal data operator (Alexander Igorevich Zimin, taxpayer ID (INN) 753615500773) consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
- I confirm that I am at least 14 years old.
- Data: email; username; password hash; first name, last name and profile picture if I provide them; my Google account ID if I sign in with Google; my battler profile and the content I publish — answers, comments, posts, reports, as well as likes and subscriptions; my votes and a hash of the IP address I vote from; push subscription data if I turn notifications on; the contents of my support requests and browser details.
- Purposes: registering and running my account; providing battlr features — battles, voting, rating, subscriptions, notifications; moderation and protection against vote manipulation and abuse; answering my requests.
- Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in the privacy policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
- I understand that my username, profile picture, battler profile and the content I publish are visible to other battlr visitors.
- I agree to the cross-border transfer of data in the cases described in the privacy policy: Google sign-in, error diagnostics, push notification delivery.
- This consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
- I can withdraw this consent at any time: delete the account in profile settings or write to the operator at spreadlex@gmail.com. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except where the law allows processing without consent.
- If the operator wants to process my data more broadly than described here — other data, purposes or recipients — it will ask for my separate consent. Without it such processing is not carried out, and this consent remains valid within its original scope.
More about how the data is processed — in the privacy policy.
